Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Packages

We offer the following membership and training options through our website and mobile app:

1-Month Membership — Access to exclusive training video programs and features for 1 month.
1-Year Membership — Full access for 12 months at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing.
8-Class Package — 8 private online 1:1 sessions via Zoom.
12-Class Package — 12 private online 1:1 sessions via Zoom.
Single Session — One individual online training session via Zoom.

All purchases are processed externally through our website using PayTR secure payment systems.

Apple and Google are not involved in the processing of these payments.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Additional taxes or processing fees may apply depending on your region.

3. Payments

Payments are securely processed through PayTR.

No credit card data is stored on our servers.

We do not use Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing for any transactions.

Upon successful payment, your membership or session package will be automatically activated on your account.

You will receive a confirmation email and your active package will be visible in the “Account” section of the app.

4. Booking & Session Access

All online sessions are conducted via Zoom.
After purchasing a session or package, you can book your preferred date and time through the app.
The Zoom meeting link will appear in your Account / My Bookings section at the scheduled session time.
Session bookings must be made at least 8 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules must also be made at least 8 hours before the session.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package without refund.

5. Membership Rules

1-Month and 1-Year memberships are valid for the exact duration purchased.
8-Class and 12-Class Packages must be used within 1 month from the purchase date.
Extensions are not allowed. Please plan your training schedule accordingly.
Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable after activation.

6. Trials & Promotions

Trial memberships or promotional offers may be available periodically.

These are subject to change or cancellation at any time without prior notice.

7. Health & Liability

By participating in any training program or session, you confirm that:

You do not have any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that would make exercise unsafe for you.
You participate voluntarily and accept all risks associated with physical activity.
You release PineSports and its trainers from any liability related to injuries or damages that may occur during training sessions.

If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before starting any program.

8. External Payments Disclaimer (Apple & Google)

All payments for memberships, packages, and sessions are made through our external website and PayTR.

Apple and Google are not responsible for payment processing, refunds, or the provision of services.

Your payment relationship is directly with PineSports.
